By creating an account, installing the Chrome Extension, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CreatorGap AI provides content gap analysis, competitor comparison, trending topic discovery and related reporting tools for YouTube and Instagram creators, businesses and agencies. The Service is provided “as is” based on publicly available platform data and does not guarantee any specific growth outcome.

CreatorGap AI currently offers a Free plan at no cost, providing access to core features including comparisons, gap analysis, trending opportunities, basic reports and the Chrome Extension. A Pro plan with expanded features is planned for future release. Pricing, features and availability of any paid plan will be clearly communicated before you are asked to pay anything — nothing is charged automatically.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest or resell data at a scale that violates YouTube's or Instagram's own terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

The Service, including its design, branding, software and underlying methodology (such as the Opportunity Score), is owned by CreatorGap AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using insights from the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if required to comply with applicable law.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Opportunity Scores and trend data are estimates based on available signals and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorGap AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorGap AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, communicated directly to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
