Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing the Chrome Extension, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CreatorGap AI provides content gap analysis, competitor comparison, trending topic discovery, Pre-Video Analysis, and related reporting tools for YouTube and Instagram creators, businesses and agencies. The Service is provided “as is” based on publicly available platform data and AI-generated analysis, and does not guarantee any specific growth outcome.

CreatorGap AI currently offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Premium plans. Paid plans are available on Weekly and Monthly billing where offered. Exact pricing, included features, comparison/analysis limits, and Pre-Video Analysis credit allotments for each plan and billing cadence are shown on our Pricing page and, together with these Terms, govern your subscription. Nothing is charged without your consent, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page; upgrades take effect immediately and are billed through your selected payment method. You can also change your plan tier or billing cadence (for example, Monthly to Weekly) from the Billing page; the new plan's pricing and limits apply from the point described on the Billing page at the time of the change.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page — see Section 18 (Refunds & Cancellation) for how cancellation affects your access and billing.

Applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) may be added to the price shown, depending on your billing location, and will be reflected at checkout before you pay.

We may change plan pricing, features, or credit allotments from time to time. Changes will not retroactively affect a billing period you have already paid for; new pricing takes effect from your next renewal or next purchase, and current pricing is always available on the Pricing page before you are charged.

CreatorGap AI's Pre-Video Analysis feature lets you upload a video before you publish it (for example, to YouTube or Instagram) so it can be reviewed for potential improvements. Depending on availability, Pre-Video Analysis may evaluate signals such as Hook, Content Value, Pacing, Visual Quality, Audio Quality, Captions/Text, Story Flow, CTA (call-to-action), Platform Fit, and other signals available to the Service, and may return a score, specific recommendations, and suggested titles, hashtags, and/or captions.

You may optionally provide additional context about your video (for example, its goal or target audience) using the “Tell us about your video” field, to help tailor the analysis.

Pre-Video Analysis is automated, AI-generated analysis provided for informational and content-improvement purposes only. It is an estimate — not a certified, verified, or guaranteed assessment of your video. CreatorGap AI does not guarantee that any score, recommendation, prediction, classification, suggested title, hashtag, caption, or other insight produced by Pre-Video Analysis (or any other AI feature of the Service) is 100% accurate, complete, or free of errors or omissions. You should independently review all AI-generated output before relying on it.

Scores and recommendations produced by Pre-Video Analysis — including a numeric score such as “82/100” — are AI-generated assessments, not guarantees or certain predictions of real-world outcomes. CreatorGap AI does not guarantee any specific level of views, reach, engagement, followers, likes, comments, shares, watch time, viral performance, search or algorithmic ranking, monetization, revenue, or subscriber growth, whether or not you follow the Service's recommendations.

YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms independently control, and may change at any time and without notice, their own algorithms, content policies, APIs, recommendation and ranking systems, and monetization rules. CreatorGap AI does not control, and cannot guarantee, how any platform will treat, rank, distribute, or monetize your content. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, CreatorGap AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Instagram, Google, or Meta.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Pre-Video Analysis and CreatorGap AI's other AI-assisted features are decision-support tools, not decision-makers. You are responsible for reviewing every score, recommendation, and suggestion the Service provides — including suggested titles, hashtags, captions, and calls-to-action — and for making your own final decisions about editing, publishing, and your overall content strategy.

By uploading a video (or any other content) for Pre-Video Analysis, you confirm that you own the content or otherwise have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to upload it and have it processed by the Service, including any consents required from people who appear or are heard in it. You agree not to upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; violates any person's privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; breaches a confidentiality obligation; or otherwise violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest or resell data at a scale that violates YouTube's or Instagram's own terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

To provide Pre-Video Analysis and other AI-assisted features, CreatorGap AI may use third-party providers to process video, audio, transcript, AI/machine-learning, and cloud-infrastructure workloads on our behalf. [Pending confirmation: specific third-party AI/processing providers actually used for Pre-Video Analysis are not named here because they have not yet been verified against the live backend — this should be confirmed and updated before publication.] Any such providers are engaged solely to help deliver the Service to you, consistent with Section 6 (AI & Third-Party Processing) of our Privacy Policy.

The Pro plan currently includes 15 Pre-Video Analyses per billing period; the Premium plan includes a higher allotment. Current figures for each plan are shown on the Pricing page, as allotments may change over time. Each Pre-Video Analysis request that is successfully processed by the Service consumes one available credit under your plan's credit system, as reflected in your account.

Where offered, you may purchase additional Pre-Video Analysis credits without upgrading your plan. Available add-on packages (for example, packages of +5, +15, +30, or +50 credits) and their pricing are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase; the packages and prices shown there — not any figures referenced elsewhere — control. Add-on credits are separate from, and in addition to, the credits included with your plan for the current billing period.

[Pending confirmation: our Pricing page currently describes purchased add-on credits as never expiring and remaining available until consumed. This has not yet been verified against the backend credit system and must be confirmed before it is treated as a binding commitment in these Terms.]

The Service, including its design, branding, software and underlying methodology (such as the Opportunity Score and Pre-Video Analysis scoring), is owned by CreatorGap AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using insights from the Service, and you retain ownership of any video you upload for Pre-Video Analysis.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if required to comply with applicable law.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Opportunity Scores, Pre-Video Analysis scores, and trend data are estimates based on available signals and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorGap AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See also Sections 5–7 for specific disclaimers regarding AI accuracy, performance outcomes, and platform algorithms.

Subscription fees for Weekly and Monthly plans are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable for that period once billing has occurred.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. By default, your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for; where offered, you can instead choose immediate cancellation from the Billing page. If a payment fails or your subscription expires without renewal, your paid access ends and your account reverts to the Free plan, consistent with the status shown on your Billing page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorGap AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, communicated directly to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
